About REACH
Empowering Recovery through Comprehensive Care
IBR’s REACH (Recovery Enhanced by Access to Comprehensive Healthcare) Health Services program originated as a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded research project by its founder, Dr. Joseph V. Brady in the early 1990s.
As a comprehensive, outpatient, substance use recovery program, REACH is uniquely designed to deliver substance use disorder treatment, including medication-assisted treatment services, to individuals in the community.
