REACH Health Services

Transforming Lives with Comprehensive and Compassionate Substance Use Disorder Recovery Solutions

About REACH

Empowering Recovery through Comprehensive Care

IBR’s REACH (Recovery Enhanced by Access to Comprehensive Healthcare) Health Services program originated as a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded research project by its founder, Dr. Joseph V. Brady in the early 1990s.

As a comprehensive, outpatient, substance use recovery program, REACH is uniquely designed to deliver substance use disorder treatment, including medication-assisted treatment services, to individuals in the community.
Our Mission

Our mission is to improve the quality of life in our community by providing comprehensive services that promote patient dignity, well-being and recovery.

Patient-Centered Care

Guided by a patient-centered and trauma-informed approach to addiction and recovery, REACH serves to mitigate the widespread impact of trauma and address the prevalence of traumatic events in the population we serve.

Cultural Competence

REACH is committed to offering culturally competent services to all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
